"when i was 17, i wrote this for a girl i met a church camp when i was in high school, and this is responsible for me wanting to keep writing songs for the rest of my life. ryan mccarthy found out about it and would force me to sing it a stepdad shows and eventually got me to record this version for a sync pitch for a target commercial that fell through. enjoy"
